The Opportunity

We are expanding our on-site sales team and seeking ambitious, energetic Sales & Marketing Representatives currently based in Istanbul. If you are motivated by targets, commissions, and career growth, this role is for you.

Please note: This position is on-site and does not include relocation support.

What You Will Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales interactions
• Present and promote products and services effectively
• Identify customer needs and convert opportunities into sales
• Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs
• Maintain accurate system records and service quality standards

What We Are Looking For

• Native or fluent level in English, Hindi/Urdu, German or French (at least one required)
• Currently residing in Istanbul with a valid residence/work permit (mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in sales or call center roles is an advantage
