Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Business Development and Strategy đ

Market Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and competitive landscapes.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans that align with the companyâs long-term growth and revenue goals.

Partnerships:
Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaboration opportunities.

Lead Generation:
Implement and manage robust lead generation strategies to create a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.

Proposal Development:
Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials that clearly communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients and partners.
Sales and Revenue Generation đ°

Pipeline Management:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through negotiation and closing.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients and key stakeholders.

Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business development targets (quotas/KPIs).

Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for senior management review.

Marketing Alignment:
Work closely with the
Marketing
team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Product Feedback:
Collaborate with the
Product/Service
team to relay market feedback and client needs to inform product development and improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience đ

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masterâs/MBA is a plus).

Proven track record
of 5+ years in a sales, business development, or related customer-facing role, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets.

Experience with
CRM software
(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing the sales pipeline and reporting.
