Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in promoting our interior design and construction services, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing creativity, and strong relationship management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client outreach through calls, meetings, and digital channels
• Identify and engage potential clients in the interior, architecture and construction sector
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company services
• Assist in creating marketing content
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to align client requirements
• Track sales performance and consistently achieve targets
• Attend site visits and client meetings when required

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Previous sales experience is a plus
