Sales and Operations Executive

About the Role:
Katib (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Operations Executive to support our business growth. The role involves managing sales activities, ensuring smooth operational processes, and coordinating between departments to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and order details.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product/service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, prepare reports, and track performance against KPIs.
  • Support operations team in streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per month
