We are looking for a proactive Outreach Specialist responsible for identifying high-quality prospects, initiating conversations through LinkedIn and email, and continuously improving outreach messaging to increase response and conversion rates. This role blends research, copy refinement, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities

Source and compile high-quality, accurate leads based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

Research companies, decision-makers, and industries to ensure highly relevant outreach.

Build and maintain clean, structured lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.

Conduct personalized outreach on LinkedIn (connection requests, follow-ups, conversation nurturing).

Execute cold and warm email outreach campaigns to targeted prospects.

Continuously improve email messaging, offers, and subject lines to increase open and reply rates.

Run A/B tests on outreach messages and offers to optimize performance.

Personalize outreach using prospect context (company news, role, industry challenges).

Track outreach performance metrics such as open rates, response rates, and booked calls.

Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and campaign performance in CRM or tracking systems.

Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies, value propositions, and messaging.

Identify new channels, communities, or platforms where target prospects can be reached.

Ensure outreach remains professional, respectful, and compliant with platform guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
