Program Overview: This role is part of a structured 12-month graduate development program designed for fresh graduates. The program provides hands-on exposure to CommScope products, Structured Cabling Systems (SCS), and enterprise networking solutions. The intern will progress from foundational training to active participation in pre-sales and sales activities, ultimately operating as a Junior Sales professional in training by the end of the program.

Participate in structured training covering:
CommScope products and solutions
Structured Cabling Systems (SCS) fundamentals
Technical and pre-sales methodologies
Gain understanding of enterprise customer environments, partner ecosystems, and solution positioning
Shadow pre-sales and sales teams to understand real-world applications
Pre-Sales & Sales Support
Support sales, partners, and customers teams on active CommScope projects/opportunties
Assist in:
Designing SCS solutions
Building Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Selecting and positioning appropriate CommScope products
Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
Support proposal development and technical responses
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and channel partners
Begin working more independently with partners and customers
Support account management activities from a sales perspective
Assist in identifying opportunities, managing pipelines, and following up on leads
Contribute to solution positioning, presentations, and commercial discussions
Operate as a Junior Pre-Sales/Sales in Training, under supervision
Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in training and certification programs
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, BOQs, and technical documentation
Assist in positioning CommScope SCS solutions to customers and partners
Prepare and deliver customer presentations alongside senior team members
Support account and opportunity management activities
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of activities
Required Qualifications
Fresh graduate or recent graduate (Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field preferred)
Strong interest in technology, networking, and enterprise infrastructure solutions
Basic understanding of networking or cabling concepts is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English
