Sales and Service (Bakery)

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales & Service Staff to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will help customers with product selection, ensure excellent service, and maintain the display and cleanliness of the shop. Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist customers with product recommendations and purchases.

· Maintain attractive product displays and ensure items are properly labeled.

· Handle customer orders and coordinate with the kitchen/counter staff.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.

· Keep the display area clean, organized, and fully stocked.

· Manage takeaway and dine-in orders efficiently.

· Stay updated on our new products and promotions.

• Explain product features, promotions, and special offers to customers.
• Take and process bulk/corporate orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the display and sales area.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve products and service.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Retail preferred.

· Experience:

o Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

o Experience in a bakery, café, or hotel environment will be a strong advantage.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Pleasant personality with a focus on customer care.

· Must be well-groomed.
