Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Coordination:
  • Plan, schedule, and manage the service calendar to ensure timely visits and maintenance.
  • Assign service tasks to technicians and track completion status.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the service and sales teams.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare detailed service reports after each visit and submit them to clients promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to product servicing, installation, or maintenance.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support:
  • Promote and increase sales of Indoor Mosquito Trap Systems through proactive communication with clients and potential leads.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during service interactions.
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, quotations, and client follow-ups.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Track service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and report key metrics to management.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance service quality and customer retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
