Key Responsibilities:
- Service Coordination:
- Plan, schedule, and manage the service calendar to ensure timely visits and maintenance.
- Assign service tasks to technicians and track completion status.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the service and sales teams.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed service reports after each visit and submit them to clients promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to product servicing, installation, or maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support:
- Promote and increase sales of Indoor Mosquito Trap Systems through proactive communication with clients and potential leads.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during service interactions.
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, quotations, and client follow-ups.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and report key metrics to management.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance service quality and customer retention.
