Job description:

Business Development Executive - Morning/Night

Timings: Monday to Friday and performance based Saturdays(Halfday).

Morning Shift

Monday to Friday:10am to 7pm

Saturday 10am to 3pm (Performance based)

Night Shift:

Monday to Friday:7pm to 4am

Job Description:

Develop strategic relationships with key accounts.

Build, maintain and track a robust sales pipeline of high-quality prospects.

Oversee account management and support business leads.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Enhance account volume and profitability within budget.

Stay up-to-date with new product features and market trends.

Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.

Qualification:

2-3 semester of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales

Proven work experience in a similar role

Job Specifications:

An ability to grasp clients need and to increase customer engagement

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail

Analytical and time management skills

Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
