Role Description

This is a full-time (hybrid based) on-site role for a Sales and Success Executive. This person will be responsible for closing new leads, maintaining customer relationships with B2B, B2G and B2C clients, business development and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional support to clients. Additionally, the executive will track and analyse customer feedback to improve service offerings and collaborate with internal teams to meet daily deliverables and company goals.


Qualifications

  • Candidate with sales and lead closing experience in the UK market will be preferred
  • Customer relationship management and client satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Experience in the UK education sector is a plus


Job Details and Rewards

  • Job Title: Sales and Success Executive
  • Level: Entry or Mid
  • Office Timings (Hybrid): Monday to Friday 1:30 PM till 7:30 PM (6 hours from office and 2 hours WFH). Saturday: Complete WFH
  • Market Competitive Salary: 75K to 125K (Depending on the level of experience)

Requirements

  • O/A Level Background
  • Neutral or UK English Accent
  • Experience in sales and lead closing (B2c & B2B) in the UK market
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
