Role Purpose:
Full responsibility for Accounting and General Ledger (GL) processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Accountabilities:

Record accurate accruals for designated areas.

Provide financial analysis and ad-hoc analytical support to the KSA Supply Chain and Sales functions.

Track and report on all productivity initiatives within the KSA Supply Chain and Sales.

Prepare and publish financial performance reports for the KSA Supply Chain and Sales functions.

Maintain and update the PPED dashboard by SKU and region, sharing results with relevant stakeholders.

Validate all purchase orders related to the KSA Supply Chain and Sales functions.

Ensure all contracts related to leased branches and vehicles are valid, compliant, and kept up to date.

Evaluate cost-saving and co-distribution initiatives related to the KSA Supply Chain and Sales.

Independently perform month-end closing tasks for KSA Supply Chain and Sales overheads.

Support the Head Office Finance & Accounting team in meeting year-end audit requirements.

Maintain strong controls over crates and pallets inventory.
-
Monitor, analyze, and report monthly repair and maintenance costs for chillers, highlighting variances and opportunities for cost optimization.

Track, evaluate, and report monthly transportation costs of Primary Logistics to ensure efficiency and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting and Business Partnering.

Hands-on SAP experience (2–3 years minimum).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong background in Cost Controlling.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (mandatory).
