Sales and Support Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales & Support Engineer to join our team in Islamabad. This role is ideal for someone who can drive online sales growth while delivering exceptional technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online technical discussions with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and challenges.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals highlighting the value and technical strengths of our products and services.
Provide technical support via online platforms (chat, email, and phone).
Prepare quotations, vendor bids, and technical proposals.
Source products internationally from authentic and registered industrial automation suppliers.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Knowledge of import processes and international procurement procedures is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales and international sourcing.
Strong knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
