About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Sales Application Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams for our Air Flow Ventilation Products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement

  • Understand and assess customer requirements to provide suitable product solutions.
  • Offer technical and commercial support for Air Flow Ventilation Systems.
  • Promote the company’s range of ventilation and air distribution products to existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants, contractors, and end users.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain strong client relationships.

2. Quotations & Order Management

  • Prepare and issue quotations as per customer specifications.
  • Coordinate with the factory for order processing and timely delivery.
  • Track and update customers about order status, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and assist in achieving sales targets.

3. Market & Technical Support

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in ventilation systems.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, seminars, and product demos.
  • Visit project sites for technical evaluation and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HVAC product sales, preferably in airflow or ventilation systems.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, product specifications, and system layouts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
