We’re looking for a smart and energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. This role is perfect for someone with basic digital skills, strong communication, and a desire to grow within the travel industry. No prior experience is required – just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

You’ll be supporting various departments including digital marketing, customer service, and office coordination, playing a key part in our daily operations and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with travel leads through phone and WhatsApp
• Support office coordination: data entry, documentation, and customer communication
• Help with pre-tour preparations and customer handling
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth internal operations

Who Can Apply

• Male/Female candidates
• Experience 0 - 12 months
• Fluent in Malayalam with basic English
• Good knowledge of smartphone use, WhatsApp Web, and basic computer tools
• Willing to learn, proactive, and team-oriented
• Ready to work in a fast-paced office and travel environment
