Sales Coordinator (Jewellery Industry )

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: SEEPZ, Andheri (E), Mumbai

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing / Export

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between sales team, production, and clients for smooth order execution.
  • Handle client queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
  • Prepare sales reports, order status updates, and MIS for management.
  • Assist in maintaining client database and follow-up for orders & payments.
  • Support sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Track and ensure timely dispatch of jewellery orders.
  • Work closely with merchandising and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Attend to walk-in clients/vendors (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales coordination or back-office support, preferably in jewellery/export industry.
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
