About the Role:
Yasmac Equipment Rental & Repairing LLC (Dubai) is hiring a Sales Assistant / Coordinator to support our Sales Manager. This role offers excellent exposure to the equipment rental and construction industry, with opportunities to grow into a senior sales role.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales and coordination tasks.
• Prepare sales-related documents (delivery notes, tax invoices, quotations, daybooks).
• Communicate with clients and handle inquiries professionally.
• Support in closing sales and following up on leads.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth deliveries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (Malayalam is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
