We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to join our team. As Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in leading employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business results.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

Drive business results, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement

Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve team performance

Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members

Requirements:

0-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹30,286.50 per month
