Work Location: Fort, Mumbai

Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

Core Competencies / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in Sales Support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
  • Assist the sales team with proposals, agreements, and reports.
  • Maintain and update sales records and CRM systems.
  • Handle order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
  • Act as liaison between sales executives and clients for smooth communication.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance tracking.
  • Make 40–50 daily calls to schedule meetings with architects.
  • Support after-sales follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with finance, logistics, and production teams for smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
