Sales Assistant

- Assist sales team in preparing project quotations, contracts, tender documents, and client proposals;

- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution based on client requirements;

- Organize and archive project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and change orders;

- Support market research and gather information on industry trends and potential clients;

- Track project progress and provide timely updates to clients, maintaining strong customer relationships;

- Help resolve after-sales issues and ensure customer satisfaction;

- Manage sales data and generate regular sales reports;

- Assist in organizing trade shows, client visits, and other sales-related activities.

Possessing a valid driver’s license and previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Sales commission will be provided based on performance.
