Job Summary

We are a growing logistics company seeking a professional and target-driven Sales Executive with UAE logistics experience only. The candidate will be fully responsible for generating new business, managing clients, and achieving sales targets for air, sea, and land freight services. This role offers a basic salary with commission, based strictly on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate new business for air, sea, and land logistics services
  • Identify, approach, and close new clients in UAE market
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings and market visits

Requirements & Qualifications

  • UAE experience in logistics sales is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of import & export logistics, freight forwarding, and documentation
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets independently
  • Professional attitude, presentable, and confident communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
  • Arabic language is an advantage (not mandatory)
