Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help deliver an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will assist with daily sales operations, communicate with customers, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the sales process runs smoothly from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both customers and internal team members.
Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill sample requests for the sales team, ensuring timely delivery to wholesale customers
- Maintain and organize sample inventory
- Communicate with wholesale customers via email to provide updates on sample order status and address inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team on product development initiatives
- Provide administrative and operational support for general office and sales-related functions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing, production, and delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1+ years of administrative, sales support, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM or sales tracking systems
- Prior experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing environment
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace
