Full-Time Job Opportunity – Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi
A global creative company, newly established in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Experience Executive to manage and operate a specialized kiosk at Yas Mall. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can combine strong sales ability with technical design skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Requirements
- Proven sales ability, with strong persuasive communication skills, confidence in approaching customers, and the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and engaging personality.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (or similar photo-editing software) to quickly and effectively modify and customize photos.
- Experience in content creation and social media marketing, including filming and editing short-form video content (Reels/TikToks).
- Ability to operate color printers and equipment for on-demand product printing.
- Good command of English (spoken); knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly, managing the kiosk operations from A–Z.
- Creativity and attention to detail for product display and in-store presentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work mall hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Main Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers, explain products and services, and close sales.
- Design and fulfill custom photo orders using Photoshop and kiosk equipment.
- Manage product printing, framing, and packaging to ensure high-quality output.
- Capture and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories) on the kiosk’s social media channels.
- Maintain kiosk presentation standards and create an inviting shopping environment.
- Handle daily operations including inventory, cash management, and reporting.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
