Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant – Real Estate , your role will involve promoting and selling property units, meeting clients in person, generating leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting potential clients into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand the needs and preferences of clients
  • Provide detailed information about suitable property options
  • Conduct property demonstrations, arrange site visits, and ensure timely deal closures
  • Stay in regular contact with clients to track any changes in their requirements
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for sales
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and achieving high standards
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
