Sales Assistant

Assist our Senior Sales Producers with our sales processes. From this position you could go on to a sales or management position.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Licensing: Possession of or willingness to obtain a Hawaii Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy information and client interactions.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a face-to-face customer service setting with a client-centric approach.

Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional service.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with basic computer applications and programs to manage client information effectively.

Following up with customers and vendors to get the necessary information to complete a sale
