Sales Assistant

We're hiring at Easy Rent (easyrentbahrain.com)

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who wants to learn how a company gets built from zero. You will not sit at a desk. Some days, you will be in a suit, in the offices of Bahrain's real estate agencies, convincing them to list their properties on Easy Rent. Other days, you will be on foot at Manama markets, in compounds in Hidd and Riffa, putting up posters and talking to shop owners about Rahba.

What you'll do:

• Visit real estate agencies across Bahrain and bring them onto Easy Rent
• Put up posters and flyers at markets, compounds, and shops
• Build a network of property owners, shopkeepers, and community contacts
• Coordinate Rahba's first group-buy customers and pickups
• Report what is working at the end of every day

What we need:

• A valid Bahrain driving licence
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong preference
• Comfortable in the sun, on your feet, and on the phone
• Equally comfortable in a tie at a boardroom and lifting a box of flyers in a market
• Smart, friendly, persuasive, and ready to learn fast
• 0-3 years' experience. Energy and attitude matter more than a CV
