Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from 3500 AED to 5000 AED per month. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team, assisting with client interactions, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

* Assisting sales agents with client inquiries, providing information about properties, and scheduling viewings.
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using company systems.
* Preparing sales presentations and marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.
* Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts and managing documentation.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.
* Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
