Sales Assistant Manager

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor daily sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to drive revenue.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high-level service to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Operations & Inventory: Manage inventory levels, assist with restocking, and ensure the sales floor is well-maintained and organized.
  • Reporting: Track KPIs and report on sales performance to senior management.
  • Compliance: Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Betterteam

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff and customers.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead, delegate, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
