Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience to help achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Assist customers in finding and selecting products based on their needs.

Explain product features, prices, and promotions clearly.

Maintain product displays and keep shelves organized and stocked.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.

Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store sales goals.

Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, and safe for customers and staff.

Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
