Role Overview

The Fashion Adviser is the face of Aeon Abaya, providing expert styling guidance, personalized wardrobe recommendations, and exceptional customer service. This role involves understanding clients’ needs, curating outfits, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident, valued, and inspired.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Styling & Wardrobe Guidance
• Assist customers in selecting abayas and accessories that suit their personal style, occasion, and preferences.
• Offer styling tips on fabric pairing, color matching, and accessorizing.
• Customer Experience
• Provide a warm, welcoming, and personalized shopping experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Product Knowledge
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Aeon Abaya collections, fabrics, cuts, and seasonal trends.
• Educate clients about garment care, tailoring options, and special features of each design.
• Sales & Targets
• Achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Promote new arrivals, exclusive pieces, and seasonal collections.
• Brand Representation
• Uphold Aeon Abaya’s image and values through professional presentation and communication.
• Support visual merchandising to maintain a luxurious store atmosphere.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in fashion retail, styling, or luxury sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong eye for fashion, color coordination, and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Passion for modest fashion and brand storytelling.
