What You'll Do:

Design original Woman tradition looks collections

Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings

Research trends, fabrics, and trims

Collaborate across design, production & merchandising

Oversee samples, fittings & product quality

Keep designs aligned with market preferences

What You Bring:2–4 years' experience in fashion design

Degree in Fashion Design or related field

Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, CorelDRAW

Strong sketching & garment construction knowledge

A standout portfolio Bonus: Sustainable design or CAD/3D experience
