Sales Associate

Job Description :

At WYXAN, we are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the company’s growth. This role focuses on lead generation through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales strategies defined by the Sales Manager.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales strategies.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related tools to identify and connect with prospects.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Keep accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, or lead generation tools (a plus, not mandatory).
• Ability to conduct market research and spot business opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply).
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000
• Commission
