Sales Officer – Footwear Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to generate and increase sales orders.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop new business.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of footwear at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with supply chain/warehouse for timely delivery of customer orders.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
• Assist in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
• 1–3 years of sales experience in footwear.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
