Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring projects through freelance bidding portals and converting them into long-term business opportunities. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, submitting compelling proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships in international markets including the UK, USA, Australia and Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the entire bidding lifecycle on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and others.
- Draft and submit tailored business proposals, quotations, and relevant documentation based on project scope and client requirements.
- Focus bidding efforts on the company’s core services and tech stacks including Web & Mobile App Development.
- Collaborate with and report to the Line Manager for strategy alignment and performance tracking.
- Convert one-time project wins into long-term strategic relationships with international clients.
- Drive both proactive and reactive lead generation using digital research and client mapping techniques.
- Maintain and manage lead pipeline, outreach, and communications using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely delivery, clear communication, and follow-up support.
- Onboard new clients via direct outreach, cold emailing, and LinkedIn-based prospecting.
- Experience or knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, Upwork algorithm trends, and email marketing is a plus.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in growing and maintaining international business profiles and client accounts across multiple regions (UK, USA, Australia, Canada).
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in business development, preferably within the tech sector.
- Strong experience working with freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc).
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal submission, Permanent Contracts and Others.
Experience:
- Freelance Platforms: 2 years (Preferred)
- Upwork: 2 years (Preferred)
Location: Remote (Islamabad / Rawalpindi)
Timings: 6 PM- 3 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
