FissionTech is looking for a Sales Associate to generate, nurture, and close high-value B2B deals. The candidate must be an experienced sales professional and had done cold calls and has a potential to close deals. Our clients are startups, SMEs, and enterprises looking for innovative and scalable solutions. We are now seeking a driven and results-oriented
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high-potential clients in the SaaS, software, and IT consultancy domain.
- Conduct discovery calls, product/service demos, and solution presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Coordinating and arranging client meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (C-level executives, founders, IT heads).
- Assist in developing and expanding our portfolio of clients by networking and marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with client needs.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience specifically in SaaS, IT consultancy, or marketing solutions.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-ticket deals ($3k+ and above).
- Strong lead generation expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email campaigns, and other B2B tools.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven and results-focused mindset.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
