What You'll Do: As a key contributor to our growth, your responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Actively promote and sell our products and services to clients.
• Business Development: Proactively generate new sales leads and secure new business.
• Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate and finalize deals to consistently exceed sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and foster partnerships.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a high-energy culture.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all company protocols are followed.

Who We're Looking For: We value a strong work ethic and mindset above all. The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are a must.
• Initiative: A self-starter mentality and a drive to independently achieve sales goals.
• Sales Acumen: Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but we welcome motivated recent graduates.
• Confidence: A professional demeanor and strong negotiation abilities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
