About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through program options while gaining hands-on experience in sales, counseling, and CRM tools .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  
• Advise on academic programs, career pathways, and enrollment steps
  
• Support lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns
  
• Keep accurate records in CRM systems
  
• Assist senior associates during calls, demos, and events

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Education
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Passionate about education and student success
  
• Energetic, persuasive, and eager to learn
