Job Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential clients through various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp API and WhatsApp).
- Understand customer needs and align services to address their requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide ongoing support and be a point of contact for client inquiries.
- Utilise CRM software to manage and qualify leads.
- Assess the viability of potential clients and prioritise leads for follow-up.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Utilise CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Meeting weekly sales target diligently and meeting & exceeding such targets.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- 2 or more year experience in Customer Service, Sales or Client Services / Interactions
- Good Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and
- Good proficiency with Computer Literacy
Skills Requirement
- Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability and good problem solving skills
- Previous working experience with spreadsheets, data entry, customer service calls is an added advantage in your onboarding
- Open to adapt to organisational changes
- Open to adapt to cross-departmental shuffling if found suitable for other profile in same organisation
Salary: Around 25-38K (depending on your experience)
