About the Role

Renexus Resource Group is strengthening its global sales operations and is searching for dynamic, confident, and results-oriented individuals to join our international business team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. As an International Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with overseas clients, driving new business opportunities, and expanding the company’s footprint in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Introduce company offerings to international prospects and maintain productive communication channels.
• B2B Outreach: Identify, approach, and convert global businesses into long-term partners.
• Sales Closure: Pitch solutions, negotiate terms, and finalize profitable deals.
• Account Management: Foster strong, ongoing relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Targets & KPIs: Consistently work toward achieving and surpassing assigned sales objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Communication: Exceptional command of English (written and verbal) for dealing with global clients.
• Personality: Confident, driven, and comfortable engaging with international decision-makers.
• Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to influence customer decisions.
• Experience: Previous sales or B2B experience is preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Compensation & Work Setup

• Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month (based on experience and performance potential)
• Earning Potential: Attractive commissions with uncapped incentives
• Work Mode: On-site (Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi)
• Shifts Available:
• Day: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Night: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
