Job Title: Sales Associate Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. This role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and supporting daily store operations while representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in locating products
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies
• Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is clean and well-presented
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns professionally
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Support inventory counts and loss prevention efforts
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming sales environment

Requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD450.000 per month
