A Kuwait based fashion brand offering elegant and bold women’s clothing collections showcased through seasonal lines, located in shuwaikh.

Vivian is looking for a sales associate to be part of the team with the following requirements:

1. Customer Engagement
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival.
- Build rapport by engaging in friendly conversations, understanding their needs, and providing personalized assistance.

2. Product Knowledge
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the available gowns and dresses, including styles, fabrics, and trends.
- Provide recommendations based on clients' preferences, body types, and occasions.

3. Measurements and Fittings
- Take precise measurements of clients for tailored dresses.
- Assist clients in trying on dresses, ensuring comfort and proper fit.
- Offer suggestions for alterations if needed.

4. Dress/Gown Finishing Check
- Inspect the finishing of dresses and gowns for quality assurance.
- Ensure that all garments are free from defects, properly pressed, and ready for client viewing.

5. Sales Support
- Assist clients in making purchasing decisions, highlighting unique selling points of each gown.
- Process transactions accurately and handle payment methods.

6. Inventory Management
- Keep track of stock levels and report any shortages to management.
- Help organize and maintain the showroom to ensure a clean, inviting environment.

7. Follow-Up
- Maintain relationships with clients after their purchase for potential future sales.
- Send thank-you notes or follow-up messages to check on customer satisfaction.
