Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting PropFusion’s CRM solutions to real estate professionals across Dubai and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, including real estate brokers, agencies, and developers
• Present and demonstrate PropFusion CRM features and benefits to prospects
• Convert leads into active customers through effective sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM
• Build long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales outcomes
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and PropTech innovations

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (real estate, SaaS, or CRM sales preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
