This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Yammgroup, located in Dina. The Sales Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product recommendations, managing sales transactions, and achieving sales targets. The role requires active engagement with customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions, and promoting the company’s design, build, and product solutions. The Sales Associate will also contribute to enhancing brand visibility and customer experience at the store.

• Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and provide high-quality service.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets, close deals, and develop relationships with clients.
• Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of building materials such as tiles, sanitary wares, wallpapers, and related products is preferred.
• Team Collaboration and Multitasking: Capability to work collaboratively with the team and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Ability to address customer inquiries and challenges while ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Proficiency in Basic Technology: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, basic computer applications, and related tools for managing sales.
• Experience in the design, architecture, or interior construction sectors is an added advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, retail management, or related fields is a plus.
