Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products and services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company offerings.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and store displays.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in sales preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, or equivalent).
