Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate with prior retail experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and availability.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays.
• Handle billing, cash, POS transactions, and payment processing.
• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and shelf organization.
• Ensure the showroom/store is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and return/exchange requests professionally.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and ongoing promotions.
• Coordinate with store supervisors and team members to maximize sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Pay: RO250.000 - RO400.000 per month
