Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that suit their needs
• Provide detailed information about retail merchandise, financial products, and services offered
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills
• Support banking and financial service transactions, including loan processing and account inquiries
• Maintain cash management procedures to ensure secure handling of cash and financial data
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Use financial software systems to record sales, process payments, and manage customer accounts effectively

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service environments is highly desirable
• Familiarity with banking or financial services, including loan processing and cash handling, is a plus
• Strong basic math skills, including retail math and 10 key typing proficiency, are essential for accurate transactions
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers confidently
• Ability to learn and operate financial software systems efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash management responsibilities with integrity and accuracy
• Experience in cashiering, sales, or related roles that require attention to detail and multitasking
