About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate/Trainee to join our software sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential clients through both online and field sales activities, scheduling meetings and product demonstrations, and supporting the business development process from prospecting to client acquisition.

This role is best suited for individuals who possess strong communication skills, are comfortable meeting clients in person, and are driven by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through online and field sales activities.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits to businesses and organizations to introduce company products and services.
  • Generate qualified leads through research, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
  • Assist in converting leads into paying customers.
  • Online Sales & Lead Generation Utilize LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Conduct email marketing and outreach campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems or sales trackers.
  • Tender & Proposal Management Monitor tender portals and procurement websites for relevant opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit Tender Documents, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
  • Coordinate internally to gather information required for proposal submissions.
  • Ensure timely submission of all tender-related documentation.
  • Market Research Research target industries and identify organizations that may benefit from the company's software solutions.
  • Gather information on competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update prospect databases.

Required Qualifications:

Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development will be considered an advantage.

Basic understanding of software products and technology solutions is preferred.

  • Ability to use LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Good internet research and data collection skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional emails and business correspondence.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel locally and meet clients independently.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Must be willing to work onsite.
  • Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
  • Ability to commute regularly for meetings, demonstrations, and business development activities.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Own transport will be considered an advantage.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
