About the Role
Accountax, a UAE-based Audit and Tax Services firm with back-office operations in Lahore, is hiring a Business Development Associate to support our sales and growth initiatives. This is an excellent entry point for early-career professionals looking to build a career in B2B sales, client communication, and lead generation — with direct exposure to our UAE client base and mentorship from our Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and referrals
• Reach out to prospective clients to introduce Accountax's services
• Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with potential clients
• Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward
• Support the sales team in closing deals and managing client communications
• Track and report progress on lead generation and sales activities

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Relevant internships in sales, marketing, or customer engagement are a plus

• Fixed salary of Rs 40,000–45,000/month plus performance-based incentives
