Business Development Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company's growth objectives. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with a strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach activities.
  • Manage and respond to company emails, inquiries, and business correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve business performance.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and business deals with prospective clients.
  • Provide insights into product development, market positioning, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of Branding, Advertising, Digital Marketing, and E-Commerce.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
