Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospective customers into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads.
• Educate customers about products and services and demonstrate their business value.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a passion for sales
