1. Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs and preferences.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing product information, offering alternatives, and cross-selling or upselling products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s product range, ongoing promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store-level sales targets (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
2. Store Operations:
- Ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store and fitting rooms.
- Follow stock management processes including receiving, price tagging, and storing of products.
- Assist in periodic stock takes, inventory audits, and reporting of discrepancies.
3. Cash Handling:
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently.
- Accurately process customer transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash and card transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Proactively engage in team meetings, sales huddles, and product knowledge sessions to stay aligned with store goals and initiatives.
- Communicate operational challenges, customer feedback, or product-related issues promptly to store manager to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
